Axis welcomes referrals from health professionals within Shropshire including Telford & Wrekin. Please send a brief letter of referral to our Shrewsbury office.
Out of County? - We will also consider referrals outside of the county but clients will need to be fully funded, please contact our Shrewsbury office to discuss current fees.

Non Resident referrals i.e. Not Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin
Non residents . If you are not registered with a GP or health professional within Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin then you will have to arrange full cost of your therapy. If you are in an adjacent county i.e. Powys, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Clwyd, Herefordshire you may be able to arrange funding via your local Primary Care Trust or funding from another agency e.g. Probation. It may be that your PCT has arrangements with other providers in your area. Try contacting your own GP or local Community Health Team.
