The Team
Central administration of the service is provided at The Roy Fletcher Centre by a Service Administrator and Receptionists. We operate from two dedicated centres:
Counselling provided in the above locations can be organised to offer clients a choice of venue and session times, including evening appointments. As waiting times can vary clients are encouraged to make their mobility and availability as wide as possible. We will endeavour to meet particular needs but location and times cannot be guaranteed. A male and female Counsellor resource includes psychotherapists and psycho-sexual therapists. All are accredited and experienced. All counsellors must attend regular supervised case discussions groups every two weeks. In addition all counsellors are required to have monthly one to one supervision sessions. Supervision requirements are based on the numbers of clients each individual counsellor is carrying and therefore can vary between therapists.
